BIOGRAPHY

Erella Atlan is a composer, orchestrator, pianist, producer and singer-songwriter.

Born in Paris, she began studying classical piano at the conservatory from a young age before pursuing a degree in composition at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance. She then received several merit-based scholarships that enabled her to complete a master’s degree in film scoring at Berklee College of Music.

Her work gained recognition early on, with nominations at the "Jerry Goldsmith Awards" and "Soundtrack Cologne", as well as awards for her original scores at various festivals such as the "Festival de Cinéma de Loches", "the Metropolis Film Festival", "the Cinemente Movie & Screenplay Award" in Milan...

Her compositions, often orchestral, have been recorded in prestigious studios such as Magyar Studios in Budapest and AIR Studios in London.

Based in Paris, she composes for both French and international projects (Spain, China, United Arab Emirates, Nicaragua, Canada, Israel, United States, India, Germany…).

Inspired by her background as a classical musician, her cultural encounters, and her travels, her music has expanded to include world music, jazz, and folk influences.

Her works are predominantly acoustic, occasionally enriched with electronic elements, and she frequently uses her voice as an additional instrument, creating a unique signature.

She is also developing a French chanson project under the name "Erella", where she explores a more personal approach. After signing three singles with Sony ATV and Putumayo World Music, she regularly performs on stage with her quintet and is preparing the release of her debut chanson album, a dialogue between East and West : "Heritages".

Her film music album "Cinematic" is already available on streaming platforms.
